Stress-Free Interview Steps

Applying for jobs can be a very tiring process. We keep things simple with 3 easy steps.

Step 1: Application

Send us your application, and a member of our team will get back to you. In addition to your resume, we will also gather any other information we may need via email or by phone. If you pass the application process we will ask you to interview.

Step 2: Interview

After screening we will interview you, either by Skype and/or in person. We will use the time to assess and get to know you. We will discuss open positions for which you may be qualified for, and address questions and concerns that you may have.

Step 3: Contract Briefing

If the interview is successful then we will move on to contract terms. This will be to inform you of pay, transportation allowance, paid leave, and other contractual obligations. Once you have signed the contract one of our coordinators will be assigned to assist with your transition.

The Prerequisites for working with FRONT

Before applying please make sure that you meet all base prerequisites!

Base Prerequisites

  • Must be a native speaker of English or acquired an education in English for at least 12 years.

  • Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a university (in any subject).

  • Be mentally and physically healthy.

Advantageous, but not Required

  • Japanese Language Experience. Taken classes, self-taught, JLPT/NLPT.

  • Have prior teaching in any field or ALT experience in Japan.

  • Holds a teaching qualification such as CELTA, TESOL, TEFL.

  • Have an international driver’s license or a Japanese driver’s license.
