Our Mission at FRONT

Front is founded by a group of former Japanese teachers with a vision to support the growth of Global-minded students in Japan.

In our early years, FRONT was an organization specialized in the training of Japanese teachers through courses and seminars. We trained teachers on how to provide the upcoming generations of young Japanese students to acquire the language proficiency, skills and inter-cultural knowledge to thrive in a global society.

However, in this era of globalization, we believe that these Japanese teachers must cooperate with foreign teachers to provide the ultimate learning experience for Japanese students.

Therefore, we at FRONTc incorporated a team focused on the recruiting, training and dispatching of foreign teachers to local public and private schools. We believe that foreign teachers will be the bridge between the world and the key to modernizing Foreign Language Education in Japan.

Our mission is to help these eager and passionate teachers throughout their time in Japan, in and out of the workplace. We provide teachers with the skills, tools and mindsets to be an influential teacher in the classroom. In addition, we give positive encouragement to young foreign language learners. To help foster and encourage growth within the children of Japan.

Message from the Chairman

Dear Future FRONT Teachers,
Firstly, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all ambitious teachers who come and teach in Japan.

I understand that living and working in a different country isn’t easy, especially at first. However, I strongly believe that wherever you go and whatever you do, it’s the people you meet that will define your image of a country.

At FRONT we believe in the importance of appreciating and relating to others, being understanding and professional, and most of all enjoying your work. Therefore our staff and coordinator teams are dedicated to helping you find and enjoy working and living situations ideal to you.

With differences in language, culture, and traditions, sometimes you might get frustrated. However, I promise that we will be there to help you get through the rough times, and enjoy all that Japan provides.

We are still a small organization but I can say that our staff has the biggest hearts out of any recruitment organization. Come and knock on our door anytime.
